Great time with #HolySpirit this weekend as we shared the heart of the #Father releasing #TrueLove to a world in such desperate need of #connection, #authenticity and #hope.

After our nearly catastrophic accident in New Orleans we made it to Longview Texas in the weeh hours of the morning . . . again. Exhausted we drove to #letourneau #university to check Liam in and drop him off at #aviation #school to start a new chapter in his life.

After leaving the beautiful white sand beaches of Alabama we decided to swing back down into New Orleans for a quick stop. This would turn out to be one of the costliest decisions we made this trip. Suddenly without notice a white vehicle that was exiting on the off ramp pulls back into the lane of traffic and stops. Screeching breaks couldn’t slow us down fast enough and Katie swerves to avoid a full on collision. We missed the vehicle with our LX470 but hit it with our trailer. It almost turned into something much worse with one car almost sliding into us doing a complete 180 on the interstate. Thankfully no one was seriously injured. This was another downer but there is a really really good upper coming . . .

As we were heading back to Texas to drop @sigerdarkon off at school our passenger CV Axel popped out in #Florida stranding us in the middle of the night, stealing a day of our Alabama White Sand beach day from us 😔 See our more real time post earlier in our feed. Thankfully we were able to get a short tow to the nearby rest area and later in the day, David, a local #MobileMechanic, saved the day and we were able to get back on the road 4 hours later!

After the Florida Keys we started our trip back home to New Mexico and dropping Liam off at school. Our first stop along the way was the #whitesandbeach in #Alabama. Unfortunately, we lost a day to car and travel trailer problems and had only the evening and early morning to enjoy this #beautifuldestination. #gulfshoresalabama #jellyfish #whitesand #gulfcoast
